UAF Staff Council Ad Hoc Committee on Performance Based Budgeting
Introduction
This committee was create by the UAF Staff Council in response to requests
for input into the performanced based budgeting transition. It's goals are:
- to help develop 3 - 5 performance measures relating directly to staff
- to facilitate staff input into the development and transition processes
