20 Jun 2013 Emergency Downtime for pacman

Start Time: 06/20/2013 -- 09:00
End Time: 06/20/2013 -- 14:00
Reason: The Pacman system vendor, Penguin Computing, has
issued a kernel update needing to be deployed on the
Pacman system as soon as possible to correct instability
issues affecting the pacman 4 core nodes.
A reservation has been made on the system to keep jobs
queued with walltimes extending beyond Thursday at 9am.
User jobs running past Thursday at 9am will be killed
at that time.
