            Anticipated time of restored stable power is unknown.

    Reason: Storage controller rebooted unexpectedly. As a result, the
            system needed to be rebooted in order to restore normal system operations.
            All user jobs running at the time were killed.  A case has been opened with
            the vendor to identify the cause and prevent the issue from reoccurring in
            the future.

    Reason: Unplanned power outage to the Duckering Building on the UAF campus.  This
            was a result of a wide spread outage of services from GVEA.  The reported 
            cause is a raven which flew into a GVEA substation causing arcing and 
            breakers to open.

    Reason: The scheduler daemon on many 4-core nodes lost contact with the server.
            The nodes were rebooted in order to resolve the issue.  User jobs
            running on the nodes during the reboot were lost.
