As required by HPCMO, ARSC is now requiring all users to provide proof of citizenship (and current visa, if applicable)
and consent to background checks in lieu of a National Agency Check (NAC) prior to gaining access to ARSC systems.
A NAC or a valid security clearance are also considered proof of citizenship.
