Real-Time UAF Eulerian Parallel Polar Ionosphere Model

Pilot run of the UAF EPPIM with integrated Complex Phase Method module (V. Gherm, N. Zernov, S. Radicella, H. Strangeways, Radio Sci., v. 35, 1221-1232, 2000) for estimations of scintillation index S4 (blue) on GPS paths to Gakona, Alaska. Measured TEC (red) is downloaded from the Web-site of HAARP facility, estimated TEC (green) is computed by UAF EPPIM using simulated 3D distribution of electron density up to 500 km of altitude.
